This 890,000 SF industrial park revitalizes a previously underutilized area, adjacent to the Reno Tahoe International Airport, creating a modern commercial complex with a mix of office spaces, showrooms, distribution warehouses, and light manufacturing space to meet the demand for the growing small and mid-sized businesses across Northern Nevada.

Additionally, through a public/private partnership with the Reno Tahoe Airport Authority, the project contributes a stable revenue stream to the airport, further supporting its expansion goals and enhancing its financial outlook. This collaboration also strengthens the airport’s capacity for future growth and development.

Outside of the obvious economic impact, Airway Commerce Center also incorporates both environmental and safety improvements with the inclusion of 440 new trees and 1,500 new shrubs and perennials.  These new plants are all FAA-compliant and are designed to mitigate impacts on air operations in the surrounding area.
