This extensive industrial complex represents the next chapter for a previously unused area south of the Reno Tahoe International Airport. Airway Commerce Center will provide an employment hub consisting of a mix of offices, showrooms, distribution warehouses, and light manufacturing space to meet the demand for the growing small and mid-sized businesses across Northern Nevada.

Outside of the obvious economic impact, Airway Commerce Center will also create both environmental and safety improvements with inclusion of 440 new trees and 1,500 new shrubs and perennials. These new plants are all Federal Aviation Administration-compliant and are designed to mitigate impacts on air operations in the surrounding area.
