Jeni has a broad range of experience in industrial, office and retail property management, providing a solid platform for successful asset improvement. In her role as Director, Jeni’s focus is on tenant relationships, vendor management, and client-driven compliance. Jeni brings forth operational excellence and a strong background in managing capital improvements. Prior to her role at TDC Management, Jeni was a Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE where she was the principal manager of the 10 million square foot industrial portfolio and for various institutional clients. Jeni was sought out to serve on various national committees from 2017-2021 for employee recognition, industrial practices leadership team and developing training materials for property management. Jeni holds a B.S. in business management from San Jose State University.
