Cory has deep experience in developing partnerships, navigating the entitlement process, and analyzing tax and fiscal programs. A former economic development official and senior policy advisor to Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval, Cory is an expert in understanding how economics, geography, and policy influence site selection and success. Prior to joining Tolles, he was director of research and analysis for Nevada’s most respected fiscal and economic policy consulting firm. A lifelong Nevadan, Cory holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno and a graduate degree from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. Outside of the office, he serves on the board of the Eddy House, a non-profit dedicated to ending youth homelessness in Northern Nevada.
