Kyle Rea is a highly respected real estate leader and developer in Reno, NV. As the chief operating officer of Tolles, he’s broadly responsible for overseeing execution of the company’s mission, including leading lease negotiations, managing legal counsel, and implementing business development initiatives. He is also the managing broker of record for the firm’s property management division and manages day-to-day activities across all functions. Kyle is a past president of NAIOP and has worked with top real estate firms such as Dermody Properties and Commercial Partners of Nevada. A Reno native, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada where he studied music and business.
